Shipping & Delivery
How fast is delivery in Qatar?
Same-day delivery within Qatar for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
Is shipping free?
Free delivery within Qatar on orders over QAR 400. Orders under QAR 400 have a QAR 20 delivery charge.
Do you ship to other GCC countries?
Yes. GCC and international delivery takes approximately 5–10 business days. Orders under QAR 999 have a QAR 50 delivery charge; customs duties and taxes, if any, are the customer's responsibility.
Payment
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available. A QAR 10 COD charge applies.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, all online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product?
Opened or used fragrance products can't be returned or refunded, for hygiene reasons. Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be exchanged.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or store credit.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible.
Products
Is your oud natural?
We describe each product's composition as accurately as possible. Where a product uses synthetic or blended ingredients, this is stated on the product page.
Will the color/grain match the photo exactly?
Natural oud varies slightly in color and texture piece to piece, and screens can render color slightly differently. Minor variation from photos is normal.
How do I use bakhoor and oud chips safely?
Use an appropriate burner with good ventilation. A patch test is recommended before applying any oil or mukhallat directly to skin, especially for sensitive skin.
